1. The service
SpainTax prepares and files the Spanish non-resident income tax return (Modelo 210) on your behalf based on the information you provide. The calculation is free; a service fee is charged when you file.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you submit. SpainTax relies on this information to prepare your return.
3. Authorisation to file
By filing you authorise SpainTax to submit the Modelo 210 in your name using authorised e-filing.
4. Fees and payment
Service fees are final and VAT included. Any tax due to the Spanish Tax Agency is separate and paid via your chosen method.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for penalties arising from inaccurate information you provide or late submission of your data.
