Can you file the return for me?

Yes. We prepare your Modelo 210 and file it on your behalf with authorised e-filing. You review and approve before anything is submitted.

Do you have access to my bank account?

No. We only use your IBAN if you choose direct debit so the Tax Agency can collect the tax — we never access your account.

Do I receive an official receipt?

Yes. You get the official AEAT receipt (PDF) by email and in your dashboard history.

What about a garage or storage room?

They are declared separately with their own form and payment if they have a different cadastral reference.
